To Mr. Ergakov : according to BBC , seeding for the preliminary round
of UEFA Cup was finished today , the only mentioned teams were Scottish
ones , Celtic , Hearts , etc . Which round is Torpedo starting in , if
it is first , hard to beleive that they were seeded above Celtic . Official
UEFA cup site did not help at all . Wonder if you could shed light on that
situation . Regards.
