AaB's top score close to leaving the club

OperFC called Andres Oper today, when he was on his way to the plane taking him to Copenhagen. That means he won't be at AaB when they start up after the holydays. "Wednesday I'll be going to Moscow, to sign some papers. The deal is 99% sure to go through". Oper told OperFC from the airport.

"I went over there to see all the facilities, and it looks really good. The stadiums hold 84.000 people. I'm looking forward to a whole new experience, new teammates and everything around it, it going to be nice. They are currently number 10 in the league, and they are in the UEFA Cup, and last year they became third in the league." Oper continues.

How are you Russian compare to your Danish? "I'm better of now, comparing to when I first came to Denmark, I didn't understand a word, a least now I understand a little bit" Oper told OperFC.

So we didn't get a chance to say goodbye to you at Aalborg Stadium? "When I come back to Denmark to get the rest of my stuff, I hopefully will get a chance to say goodbye, but it wont be at the FCK game"

Looking forward to moving to a big city? "Yes, Aalborg is a small city, and I would like to move to a bigger city, but I didn't think is was going to be the biggest city in Europe. It's around 15 mill. people in Moscow, that's almost as many as in all of Scandinavian. 100 times bigger than Aalborg." Oper joked.

OperFC wishes Oper the best with his new contract, and good luck in the new league. OperFC have made a deal with Oper to keep contact via mail and some phone calls
