The fans have taken to Thaksin Shinawatra because of the money he has brought allowing us to buy class palyers at last. As for his business in Thailand etc i don't know enough to comment. Personally i think that the 3 players he has brought over is purely a PR exercise, i do not think that a Thai player would be good enough to play in the Premier League. The fans call him 'Frank Sinatra'.

"Frank Sinatra" is really funny! It's worth remembering. But don't you think there's too much common or at least similiar with Abramovich? Both of them have got a lot of money, which existance they can't explain, they easily waste money on the players, who could hardly adapt to brittish football and also they deserve double-thinking about their real love to the clubs, they own. I must say I never was a fan of citizens, I only supported your team while playing with top-clubs, but last events made me change my opinion to the worth side. MC was an island of real old England, but now it's lost, it's gonna be another international artificial creature without a soulof traditions.

I understand what you say mate and to a certain degree i agree with you. Chelso would never have been champions without Abramovich's money. The rich get richer and that's what has happened in the Premiership. We will know at the end of the season if City will follow the same way but i don't think that we will. If you had watched City last season score only 10 goals in 19 home games you would welcome anybody with money with open arms. I do understand your feelings though. You have to remember that regardless of who comes in as chairman the fans have been with the club year in year out in their thousands.
